Ridge Landfill, a Canadian subsidiary of Waste Connections of Canada, relied on paper logs and reactive maintenance. I architected and developed a robust, offline-capable digital ecosystem that delivers instant operational intelligence.

Manual paper logging was causing severe data latency and operational inefficiencies.

We replaced the clipboard with a custom digital IMS featuring offline capabilities and real-time syncing, drastically reducing error rates and unlocking massive operational throughput.
